You Need to choose Your Novel and input chapter name, number. but there are some default value you can use

* Two fileds Previous Chap Id và Next chap Id, you can leave it empty. only select it if you add a chapter which is not sequence

*Click on upload button to upload yout image

* Your image will show up on LN
