I like the fact this 11-quart capacity is paired with 2 independent frying baskets. I can have different temperatures in the upper and lower baskets. This feature alone has saved tons of time when I was trying to cook two different dishes at the same time at different temperatures. It worked perfectly. The window design allows me to monitor the food process without constantly opening it. This fryer is suitable for family-sized meals. This fryer also provides access to recipes but I haven’t got a chance to use it. Right now, I am using it for baking, grilling, and air frying. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys delicious home-cooked meals.

    I love this fryer. I love it so much, the hubs is tired of me saying it almost daily. LOL
    We go through fryers, so longevity will be key.

    This smartly designed and large capacity fryer takes up less counter space than my recently recalled PowerXL 9 or 10qt.

    Talk about quiet! Understatement. I have to look to make sure it's cooking.

    Temps are set higher than food prep instructions to cook to desired doneness.

    The lower cooking area rocks! I make cheese toast daily in the fryer for my daughter, and now I don't lose cheese through grill plate holes.

    This fryer is very easy to use.
    Cons:
    1) Handwash vs dishwasher? C'mon!
    2) I don't like Upper and Lower indicators blinking all the time. Just go dark.
    3) Why is there no way to turn off the flip food halfway beeping?
